We sent out 2-men crew to pick up the 11 ft X22 ft large area rug. We brought it to our facility, inspected and cleaned it thoroughly. The rug had heavy soil and some of the fibers were pulled so we had to be extra gentle with the rug.

She had a nice silk rug that had pee stain from her new puppy. Almost to a point where it was stinking real bad. We followed our 10 step process and added extra padding to help with future incidents to stop the pee going into the nice wood floor.
