Edna joined Dalworth Rug Cleaning in 2012 and is a part of our pickup, delivery and inspection crew. She documents incoming rugs and writes up a detailed description of the condition of all the rugs she picks up from customers. This information is invaluable when deciding on the best and most appropriate procedure to follow in the rug cleaning process.

Edna’s job requires her to have concrete knowledge of rugs and their care and cleaning, so she is able to answer customers’ questions fully and completely. She is always able and willing to do just that. Our customers are happy with Edna, as she is very accommodating and easy to work with.
