Comment: Was concerned that when technicians arrived to pick up 2 carpets, the price (after measuring) was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what was quoted over the phone. Phone scheduler did not give me $/sq yd price, so I was unable to estimate cost and rug was slightly larger than I measured. As a result, I only sent 1rug--even that price was higher than estimated over the phone: BAIT & SWITCH?
