Comment: I was not satisfied. The smell of the rug was so intense I had to remove the rug from house.
The appearance of the rug was shabby.
Techs were nice, schedule was ok.
Value of the overall service was very low
because I cannot use the rug.

Doris, we are so sorry to hear that the rug was not up to your standards. We do have a policy that if you are not completely satisfied, we will come get your rug and redo the wash to your satisfaction. Please contact us so we can schedule your re-cleaning.
