• Comment: I had a small hole in an area rug that I asked for an estimate to be repaired. You repaired it for me free of charge which I greatly appreciate. However a brown fiber was put in the place of sage green where the origional fibers were. It is tepaired, but now looks like a spot or stain on the rug.
