What was the problem you faced, and how did Dalworth solve it for you? The white rug just needed cleaning and the other had pet stains..both looked very good when returned.
Comment: The job is not complete, the pad was made for the wrong rug so the delivery men are having to come back.
The delivery men were very nice and apologized and are taking care of the mistake.
