What was the problem you faced, and how did Dalworth solve it for you? I was not told there was the possibility of shrinkage as rug was smaller than the original size and did not cover the pad that was under the rug before it was cleaned. No solution was provided other than trimming the pad to fit post cleaning size.
Comment: Additionally, upon delivery, they forgot one rug but made me pay for all 3 of the rugs with only 2 of 3 delivered. They scheduled another delivery day.
