• How would you rate the phone rep that took your initial call?
• Were we able to schedule your rug pickup and deliver at a convenient time?
• How would you rate the appearance of our service technician(s)?
• How would you rate your overall experience with Dalworth?
• Comment: Our two 6'7" x 9'10" rugs look and smell great! But... I was quoted $243 total at pick up and charged $603 at delivery. They claimed the two rugs were different sizes. We unrolled them and they agreed they are they are the same size.
